Scania 144L flatbed

This build is probably not my best build, admitely I did slack on this one. At least, I think. Regardless, it's almost done. Got a little more weathering, decaling, and a little mod to do before it will look 99.9% 'OK'.

I had an issue with the chassis that I could not fix. That is why the front looks like it is leaning to one side. So I decided it would have a burst airbag or some kind of Axel problem. After all it has had a hard life.

Your 'slack' builds are better than anything I could ever imagine doing.

Seems repainted two / three times like a real used tractor.

If this is done by me, it's definitely my best. AMAZING built! And you could be a massive cheat with a shrink flashlight, you just randomly pick some trucks on the curb, shoot them and post here...

Another nice one Tiking, also looks like you done some scratch building on the top light bar also? Did you extend the fuel tank or join the two of them together? Anyway looking great!!!

Thanks. The flatbed was scratch built. The fuel tank was taken from a DAF truck. The top light bar is from KFS, if I remember correctly. I used lights from another set I bought from a local flee market and scratch buiit the lamp supports.

In the process of adding some rust to the flatbed. So far, so good. At least. I think so:

Good trick would be paint bubble effect around the rust. Almost looks like it in picture 1, at the very rear. How to do? I don't know!

So far so good. I still have to blend in the rust with the rest of the surrounding color. Added some diesel spillage, light weathering on the lower body( hard to tell, but it's there). But it's taking shape:

I'm assuming you mean the resent pics? No. It's vegetation.

I decided to add a crane behind the flatbed. I do not know if I should keep it there or not. What do you guys think. A keeper or loose it?

Keep it. Your junk looks better than many builds!

It really does need a cat - meow.

Thanks for the feedback. I will keep it then. Going to switch it around, some weathering and should look like it fits in. ;) As for the load, I'm just testing it out. I'm thinking of using something else but do not know what. Although it looks good on the bed ;)
