Replaced Outer Tie Rod Ends, Removed Inner Boots to inspect Inners.
Did not replace Inners they were fine.
Rotated Steering Wheel Full Right to Full Left a couple of times while Outer Tie Rods were disconnected.
Now I do not have a Steering Wheel Lock, when the vehicle is off, in Park and the Key is removed.
It drives fine and doesn't seem to be any other issues.
The Steering Wheel Lock is part of the Steering Column, right, I didn't touch that so what could be the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Found out on another Forum that the Dodge Mini-Vans have not had the Steering Wheel Lock since 2003. :lol2:
I asked a couple of friends who have them to verify and theirs do not either.
The thought is with the Keys with the Chip in them, the steering wheel lock isn't necessary for Anti-Theft.
Probably also made the Steering Column Cheaper.
