Ok dont laugh. Its a serious question

I got a 95 lincoln towncar sihnature series. Now when I got the car the guy told me that when his son drove it the dipstickbroke so they sealed the hole. I wanna pujt a new dipstick in but for the life of me I can't find the thing so... anyone wanna help?

Which dipstick are you talking about, engine or transmission?

Engine oil dipstick is located at the driver side just below the valve cover or the oil fill cap.

Transmission dipstick is at the back of the engine compartment, behind the throttle body and close tot he firewall, easier to see from the passenger side.
