Blue interior lights

Hi there guys. I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer ES and I want to replace every interior light to be a blue one. Including speedometer lights and the ones that light up the A/C controls, etc.
What kind of lights exactly would I need to purchase and how many? How is the installation? Is it as easy as taking the old bulbs out and putting the new ones in?
Basically I want my interior to look something like the pic below:
(the lights by the pedals are not necessary but if they are pretty cheap and easy to install then I might include those as well)
