Need Help with Temperature Control

Has anyone had a problem with the temparature control not going all the way to hot? The picture shows how far my control goes. Do I have to take the dash apart to fix it? Thanks

okay, when u turn it all the way to cold, does it go farter than the end mark? because if it does, just pull the knob off with your fingers and set it where the hottest part is, and then turn it back all the way and see if it goes all the way to your cold marking and no further....
