92 Eclipse Head

Recent Blown Head Gasket on an Engine that has had the head probably surfaced twice due to bad belts. Does anyone know the minimum cubic centimeter volume for the the cup out space on the head. Also, if the head doesn't spec out for resurfacing, Where can I purchase a new head cheap...?? or not so cheap. I love this car and want to keep it going. Will probably upgrade the turbo and exhaust manifold due to coolant leak from head gasket on hot surface = serious cracking. When it rains it pours..
