Could be. Run your hand under the water pump pulley. Or use mirror to to look under the water pump.

Don't think so.....that's wet on the opposite side of the engine where the water pump is.......look at lower intake gasket or follow the heater core hoses to the engine, there is an aluminum fitting the heater pipe goes into that could be leaking....
Check heater core hoses, radiator hoses, the thermostat housing, a radiator that may be spraying on that section.....

This is directly under the pump. gmtech79, I ran my hand under the pump and felt no moisture...

Looks like too much water drripping for it to be the water pump. It is probably just a bad hose.

I checked the 2 large hoses and no leaks. It seems to be coming thru this plate. It only has 2 bolts, guess I'll take it off and have a look...

That's definitely the front side of the engine and not the rear as another commented said. In the vid I see coolant dripping from the front of the cradle. Have u loooked at the radiator? Especially the lower rad hose. Coolant can run down that hose and also drip through the engine mount of the cradle like your seeing. Look down from the top real good and also pull that rf wheel and look through the wheel well, may also have to remove the splash shield to see. Doubt it is a heat gskt.
Look real good around the timing cover also.

Yeah that "plate" as you described it is the bottom of the motor mount cradle...you don't wanna take bolts outta that without supporting the motor, but that's irrelevant, has nothing to do with your leak.
You are leaking from the water pump, bypass hose or intake most likely, all would run down in that area. A pinhole in the bypass hose will often shoot a stream of water so small it's difficult to see, and usually downward, where it then runs down the front of the motor. When mine popped for a moment I actually thought I'd broken a head bolt, all I could see was coolant cooking off around the front lower head bolt...then I realized it was spraying there in a fine stream from the bypass hose...what a relief!

Bypass hose:iceslolan
BTW, if your upper radiator hose is the same age, it's about to blow too.

Likely any hose could blow if they are all that old.

Absolutely true, but bypass hoses and upper rad hose always seem to let go first...
