tried it from both passenger and driver switches already, right? would start by taking off the door panel. probably couple screws, then the rest is just pushed in place. find the regulator motor and pull the wire connector off of it. then check for power at the connector-need tester, put a lead in each of the sockets of the connector (obviously NOT the side on the motor but the harness coming to it) then flip the switch . I am pretty sure you should have +12V for one direction and -12V for the other. if you do, then it is the motor. unfortunately, it may not be replaceable. you have to buy whole regulator on my 2003 grand caravan (that is why my window hasn't worked for years! it is very expensive). you can try taking apart the motor, cleaning it, and putting it back together. on my car, I did this and adjusted the tension on it and has worked for 8 years! tried on van but only worked for week or so. can't adjust tension on it.
if you don't have power at connector make sure you check other switch too. if neither give you power, then you have to test switch and have to make sure you have power coming into the switch. need little experience with circuits to do this cause there are probably all kinds of wires and without wiring diagram it is too hard to try to explain how to do it.
