i have a stock chevrolet 5.7 liter can any body tell me how big of turbo i can use and how much boost is safe..?

From what I know a small turbo will benefit a Chevy V-8 better more than a larger turbo since they already have a lot of low end torque. a smaller turbo will spool faster but give you higher end torque, If you want go to www.nythirdgen.org and look for a blue Camaro and the only one with a see thru cut out on the hood , He has a rather large turbo but he uses it for racing so maybe for racing you want a huge turbo where as for street drivability it's best with a smaller turbo.
