Transmission help 1989 olds cutlass

Hello I wanted to find out if anyone knew how to remove the transmission from an 89 olds cutlass ciera I am stuck because the side pan stickes over the frame about an inch or two any help would be great thank you

The lower frame has to be removed,,,,engine needs to be supported with a bar across the top,,,,to hold it from falling on the floor !!!!!! with frame removed trans comes straight down
