No power to multiple places :(

I have what seams to be a semi-complicated problem. I have a 2001 Toyota Camry CE that has no power to the powered mirrors, the cigarette lighter, and the dash clock. The Auto Zone guy said it may be a relay... Any thoughts?

Have you checked all the fuses?

Yes they are all working fine. The small ones at least. I don't know how to check the larger ones with the multiple pairs of prongs.

Check the POWER OUTLET fuse and the CIG fuse. Replace them or check it for continuity. Location is Junction Box No. 1 which is by your left knee as you drive. Clock is powered by DOME fuse. If clock fuse is good, check connector in back of clock for power.

If the fuses are good by continuity, check for 12 v at the fuse.
