Pathfinder Electrical Issues

I have a 2001 pathfinder that appears to be having electrical issues. It was in an accident back in Feb... After the front end repairs were completed I started having strange things happening right after the warranty ran out... lights in dash all flash like a pinball machine intermittently, AC works one day and not the next, door locks click by themselves, windsheild wipers come on by themselves, windows work one day and not the next, lose all power to the car and it wont start unless I tap the battery terminals ( did clean them and it didnt help). Everyday something different electrical goes wrong. Any insight what to look at would be great. Im thinking a ground somewhere.
