The Internet / Business Development Center Manger usually makes sure all of the dealerships vehicles, both new and used, are accurately represented on their website, Autotrader, Cars.com, and other third-party sites.
They're usually also responsible for making sure that dealership website and phone sales leads are responded to and followed up with.
Dealership online advertising can also be part of their responsibilities as well.

In most dealerships it's sort of a hybrid position that tends to take on it's own shape over time.
