Curtesy and dome lights are turned on by a ground circuit.
Check for 12 volt power to them.
Then ground the ground wire to them and see if they come on.
The dome light switch should be checked for proper grounding of curesty /dome light circuit.
If it is working good it should ground curesty light threw it and door jam switches should also grout them threw the dome light switch.
A good wiring digram and a test light or volt/ohm meter is needed to check them out.
Remeber you have to have 12 volts to the lights and and a good ground circut to get them on.
