Just got Camry stuck in ditch, now fuel level gauge is inaccurate...

While ago I just got bogged down on a slick dirtroad until I slid into a ditch. The ditch was not very deep, I'd say the car was tilted (left side down) about 20 degrees, until I got pulled out.
Before I got stuck, my fuel gauge was showing a little above the one-half mark. Now it's showing it's on the three-quarters mark. I'm wondering if the car being tilted caused the fuel to go to one side, making it read higher (although now that I'm out and on level surface it still shows I have more fuel than it should). Or maybe all that mud could have clogged something...
This only happened about 30 minutes ago, so I have not had the chance to fill up and see what it reads.

Go and check it again, I bet the gauge is showing something different :)

Is it possible you could have dented the bottom of the gas tank? Could it have been pushed up from the bottom inward?
