2001 Jimmy 4wd cable replacement?

Looks like the cable that runs from the actuator to the transfer case is seized/ rusted solid. Anyone out there know how hard the cable is to replace? the actuator end looks simple, the end that goes into the transfer case not so much. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
