Transmission Swap 89 F250 E04D HELP...!

the reason i am typing this post is because im preparing to do a transmission swap for the first time i know nothing about removing a transmission but mine appears to be easy to remove i am watching videos like crazy.....

and i need to know some fine pointers for removal and installation of new transmission for my Ford F-250 1989 5.8L 2WD

i read something about programming does my new installation require programming?

also please leave tips for changing.. TY
