Code 8 TDC position
Code 20 Electronic load detector (ELD)
I know the TDC sensor is in the distributor, ELD could possibly be in there as well. I would take the cap off and take a light and look down inside the distributor, they are prone to get metal shavings in them. If there are metal shavings, hit up ebay and get a new distributor.
Your voltage readings are correct. There are a few things with it clicking on start: the click is probably the starter relay, will be coming from the left side behind the dash where the open air vent control is. If the relay is clicking, the relay is working, well half of it is. Find it, take your voltmeter and check the wires on it, one should switch to 12v when you try to start it, one should have a constant 12v for the load side of the relay. I could tell you exactly which ones if I wasn't too lazy to go downstairs and outside to my car and look.
If your getting switched 12v, you have resistance somewhere between there and the starter or the starter is shot....which brings me to the first thing you really should do lol. Use a jumper and get 12v to the small wire on the starter while the car is in neutral, if it turns over, its your wiring, if it does nothing, get a new starter.
Sorry for the out of order answer, I just woke up.
