Front End Vibration

I have a Pontiac 2006 G6- 4 cylinder about 125K miles. Recently I've noticed when accelerating the generally 45mph plus the front end will vibrate, including the foot pedal. This is extremely annoying, please help

The other problem I'm having is that when I turn right my front end makes a creaking noise, like an old door. This noise seems to go and come, but it often gets pretty loud. Not sure what the problem is.

I'm cheap and like to do work myself, can someone point me in the right direction on these issues please? Thanks

Vibrating while accelerating would lead me to believe that the front wheels need to be rebalanced at a shop. First check the wheel to make sure that none of the wheel balancing weights have fallen off. Or possibly, the front tires need to be inspected for damage such as bubbling of the sidewall ond/or the tread portion of the tire. If all looks good, I would check the front drive axle shafts and make sure the (if equipped)...make sure the axle shafts vibration dampner ring has not came off the shaft. As for the creaking noise while turning right...It could be a number of things. First thing I would is lube all the ball joints and all the bushings that suspend the car such as control arm bushings, sway bar bushings. If the car still makes the creaking noise, I would remove the front struts and check that the strut shaft twists easily within the strut body.
