Where did you find one for sale?
They are Chinese, designed and made in China, but using an old Mitsubishi engine.
If they are anything like many of the other cars coming out of China you will find they are about 20 years out of date, in terms of performance and safety.

Some of the crash test videos of Chinese cars are fun to watch, unless you happen to own one of those cars.
