Help please - Stripped Transmission bolt

I spent a day to remove the 92 Supra Turbo Auto Trans to replace the broken flex plate. I have removed the driveshaft, lower the tranny and I was able to removed two top bolts, the 3rd one on the driver side was stripped, and the 14mm shocket and 3" extension rod keep turning around. I am stuck now, any hint on how to deal with this problem?

use vice grips and a hammer. clamp the vice grips down as tight as you can get it, then hold them so when you tap the vice grips with the hammer they dont knock off and you should be home free.

Finally the stripped bolts are out. A trip to Sears and spent $50 for the tripped bolt remover kit and in 5 minutes, I removed both stripped bolts on the top of the starter. But now I am running into another problem, after I replaced the Flex plate and re-install the transmission, everthing line up and the tranny fit right into the engine. Installed 6 bolts in the bottom of the tranny and tighten them up, suddenly the stiffener plates that are use for holding the tranny and the engine broke on both sides. Now what.... another trip to the dealer see if I can order it. Now I am a little nervous about putting the tranny back, installing the bottome bolts are not an issue, however, reaching the two top bolts and tighten them up is not an easy task.

Anyone have any hint?

your probably need to lift and align the transmission with a floor jack and as for the top two bolts you need rubber arms to tighten
