stumped!please help!

hey eveybody im new to the board and need help.i have a 94 yota 3.0 v6.idles fine but when i start driving it starts not wanting to take the gas and starts buckin like its misfire or something with the fuel it will drive good once i get to bout 50 or 60 mphs.put new plugs, wires , fuel regulator, fuel filter , distributer cap on checked maf sensor and tps sensor both good.any help is welcome thanks.also a ticking noise that just started to in the motor its not an injecter.oh and its a stick shift 3rd through 4th gear is the worse
