Welp, my old faithful 92 Accord is starting to get tired in her days. Shes been a wonderful car these past 4 year, buts now's the time to get something newer. Shes got some scrapes and bruises on her nose, mostly from previous ownership. Unfort, the inside of the right rear fendwell has been slowly rusting away over these years, but I really can't do much about it. I'd be impressed to get 2 grand out of her to pay of the rest of the loan.

The tech industry is crap right now, but as I continue to search, im gonna need a newer Honda to possibly carry me to Portland. As such, i've started my search for a 97 or newer Accord, that MUST be Automatic and under 100k. So far i've found a really nice 98 EX one. Strangely enough, no V6, which I thought was standard on the Ex'es. In any case, there won't be any modifications to the engine or such, I just don't do that stuff. Bout the only thing may be a tint in the windows and possible new rims to replace the alloy ones.
I need my fellow Accord owners advice to keep and mind and look out for as I go on my second Honda search. The 98 EX has got pretty much flawless paint, with a few chips the dealer will wet sand blast and fix. The interior is pretty much immaculate, the engine is clean, all the windows, lights work. I'm gonna take a test drive tomorro and test out the sound system (no, I won't be buying a big boomer, im not a car modder) and checking brakes, steering and any weird noises. My big worry is if everything is mechanical sound after 78K on it. My Honda dealership are the biggest rip offs. My Honda over the past years had so much a bolt outa place, they freaked and told me to replace needless crap. Right now their saying the master cylinder is leaking and that I will probably get in a wreck within a month unless I fix it, and brake fluid flush..ect ect... Guess what, a month later and not one damn drop of anything on the ground and my brakes feel the same as day one.
In any case, you guys have advice or tips for me to make sure I get another gem that will last me until I get good job in the tech industry and get myself a fully deck out white 2003 Honda Accord Coupe:D
