1982 Ninety Eight Radio problem

Hi,
I have a 82 Nine 8 coupe with the 8track radio. For some odd reason the radio only plays out of one speaker and I know for sure that the other speakers are not bust. Does anyone know what I have to do to get the other speakers back on? Go behind the dash? Please help
