V6 timing chain question

Hey everyone, I was just curious to know when I should change the timing chain on my 2000 mercury mystique v6, i figure the contour page gets more hits than the mystique page so thats why i'm posting on here. I just got the car for free from my sister. Its a Mystique LS v6 with 109k..I searched for the answer but did not find one...Please let me know. I appreciate it.:confused:
