See http://www.Alldata.com ,
Your probably going to need new plastic coolant elbows for the belt tensioner too!

The supercharger is the "upper intake" on that engine. Do you mean lower intake? Most good GM parts guys know all of the gaskets, o-rings and sealer you will need for a lower intake job. Some aftermarket kits come complete. I can write up a list but it will be a while before I am back online, you question may be answered by then.

Injector o-ring kits usually aren't necessary, but if you are willing to buy a set then I would recommend them. One might tear during removal. You may know this but before you start lifting the injectors out of the intake, clean around them and spray some type of penetrating lube on the bottoms of them and move the rail around and turn each injector back and forth to work the oil in around the o-rings. They will remove much easier. Sounds like you have everything you need except for pipe sealant to seal the lower intake bolt threads that go through into the valley and a good sealant/rtv for the joint at the very ends of the end gaskets where the block and heads meet and then a little bit across the top corners of where the end gaskets, intake gaskets and intake will meet. And of course, an oil filter, oil, and Dexcool.

Try ZZ Performance or you can purchase it from the dealer. ZZ Performance has OEM oil and their own oil. Look under Eaton blowers and parts.

No, gasket sets usually don't come with the two o-rings between the supercharger and lower intake manifold. Also you dont need an EGR gasket or a throttle body gasket. The EGR you wont have to remove except for the stove pipe, no gaskets there. Also the throttle body can be left attached to the supercharger when you take it apart. Unless you want to seperate them to just change the gasket. But with no leaks, I dont see the point. And its always a good idea to replace the injector o-rings.

Here is a complete list of Part numbers I used when I did mine. (compliments of Rich)

LIM Gaskets GM P/N - 89017825

Supercharger Gasket GM P/N - 24503911

Supercharger o-rings GM P/N - 24501563 (2 Required)

Fuel Injector O-rings GM P/N - 12537425

Lower Coolant Elbow GM P/N - 12565082

Upper Coolant Elbow GM P/N - 24503423

Plus of course new oil filter, oil, and coolant.

I would recommend getting your Supercharger Oil, GM P/N 12345982 oil from a dealership.
