car wont start

I have a 1999 chrysler concorde with a v6 3.2 lit motor. this has been happening alot lately. ill shut it off to go in a store or wht have ya. come back and try to start it . all it does is turn over wont fire. i can hear the fuel pump run win i turn the key on.ill try to start it a couple more times still nothing. let it sit for 30 mins sometimes longer try to start it and it tries to start but aacks like its fludded. finally 2 or 3 more times it starts . jhere arnt any check engine lights or codes at all.it acts like its vapor locking. if anyone can help me or steer me in the right direction. i would greatly apreciate it

Am I correct in reading into this that this only happens when the car is hot (has already been run)? Or is it even happening when cold?

yes only when it has ran before. when i go out after work or in the morning it fires right up
