Throttle Body Whistle

So i just rebuilt my stock OEM carb/throttle body in my 1989 Chrysler Fifth Ave. 318 5.2 2bbl. I rebuilt it because I had a vacuum leak because the dbag who owned the car before used an adhesive on the gaskets... What a tool right? Well after the rebuild I no longer have any vacuum leaks, but my throttle body whistles when I step on the gas. When I'm at a constant speed it doesn't whistle, and when I'm accelerating past 70mph it doesn't whistle. I think it might be my idle control valve, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks.

Hi USAmade, hope its not too late to reply. If you have a carb the whistling is most likely coming from the throttle plate or throttle shaft which are probably worn....not a major issue but if it bothers you its replacement time.
