A/C problems

I have a 96 e-250 and started having problems with the a/c about 2 weeks ago. When I first start the a/c the front works fine but the rear blows hot air. After driving for about 20 minutes, the front a/c will start blowing hot air. the charge on the low side is at 50. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thanks for all your help.
