Where do you guys find out the model number of the motor?

By model number do you mean VIN number or engine code (eg. dodge neons have a 420A engine, or like the honda B16)? It may be on a sticker under your hood or in your door jam...or it could be part of your VIN number. The easiest way would be to just look it up by searching for "engine code"on your computer.

Thanks the engine code was what I was looking for. Is there a database somewhere, that has each engine code to the car model it was made for? Or do you guys just know? :p

No such luck, I have never heard of a database like this...just search for "Honda engine code" or tell me what car you have and I will find it for you.
