My 94 just up and wouldn't start yesterday. I figured my very old battery had finally kicked the bucket, so I replaced that. That didn't do it. When I turn the key, I get just one very loud starter click, and thats it. Doesn't crank over, just clicks. I tried starting in nuetral, that didn't do it either. I can hear the fuel pump kicking on, everything else works. I just put in new plugs and wires about 4 months ago, the ignition coil is only a year old, and the starter is only a few years old. Is there a relay or something that could cause this?

Wow.
If it's a really loud click, and the engine doesn't turn, there are a couple of possibilities here.
One, you have a bad starter. This is the preferred option.
Second, you have a mechanical problem with your engine.
See if you can turn the engine over by hand (use a wrench on the crank pulley bolt). If you can, then the problem is likely to be the starter. If you can't, then start pulling spark plugs and with no plugs, see if you can turn it over by hand then. If not, your engine has internal damage. If you can, then look to see if any liquid is coming out of any of the spark plug holes.
I'm not trying to sound negative here, but whenever I hear the loud click, my heart sinks ... it's never been a good thing.

I can turn it by hand, so it's not siezed. If it is the starter, doesn't it take a little bit to die first? It started perfect yesterday, I took it for a drive and got back, went to start it and then this.

It could well be the starter, or the solenoid on it.
