4 columns on the forums home

We are workin on the 4 columns script for the front page of the forums, and it should be completed soon.

Thanks for changing it Igor. That's a lot better than what it was like before. I would've helped outbut I've been busy with my server change and everything. You know how hectic it can be. ;)
