99 alero stalls while driving

i am working on a 3.4 v6 having issues stalling outside town when driving at about 45 to 55 mph and rpms under 2000 no knocking or sputtering just dies!!! have replace fuel pump and filter,also changed the o2 sensor, the car runs fine around town 30 mph.
