2010 camaro suspension question

My first day on the forum. I was wondering if the suspension on the new camaro is the same uni body as the earlier models. I'm getting a little old to be laying on my back at the dealership lot to check it out and I might get shot if I tried it in a parking lot. Please don't leave without a reply! i would say no the new camaro is built off a australian gm car like the gto if i am not mistaken
