2002 Explorer rear liftgate window shattered

Since replacing the rear window on an early 2002 Explorer is so expensive I'm wondering if I might be better off to just replace the entire rear gate. Can anyone out there tell me what year(s) would fit? Trans is bad and so is the rear-end so I'm trying to low budget this repair.
