Dodge Charger: SC State Trooper

Here's one I built mostly OOB, but I made a few upgrades (mainly moving the headlight chrome buckets up inside the housing) and made my own decals for it because the aftermarket ones I had were the wrong colors and style. I've lived in SC before, and their fully-decorated scheme is pretty attractive. They do run a lot of unmarked cars though..:uhoh:

This is the Lindberg Charger, built w/the kit-supplied 5 spoke "wheelcovers" which in the kit emulate alloys, but they look pretty close to the real thing. Now that I've learned a technique for easily making black antennae, I'll be adding those to the model. Fun kit to build, tons of detail OOB, always have had a soft spot for performance-oriented police cars :wink:

Big holes on intake for mounting the plastic engine cover, which is rarely installed on patrol cars. These should be filled for best accuracy.

Bob not matter what you build. It will come out good, i mean a subject that doesn't interest me at all (police vehicles), and here i am drooling over it how clean it is.
