'93 camry please help!

i have a 93 camry V6.the other day I thought my car had ran out of gas so I went got gas but then ten minutes later it acted like it again. I thought it was my O2 sensor but now when I push my gas it doesn't do anything and I noticed that everything is going back into my water Reservoir and making my car smoke and the Reservoir doesn't stop bubbling for about thirty minutes after the car has shut down. can anyone tell me what is going on with my car?

sounds like your catalitc converter is pluged and if it is thats why it's shutting down? white smoke is not good you may have blown a head gasket or even cracked head also? is it real white coming out of tail pipe?
