Well first off be aware that brakes are a "wear" item. meaning they were designed to wear out and be replaced at certain intervals depending on usage. If you do a ton of city driving you are going to wear them faster than highway driving. You should have a selection of pad material from Organic to Ceramic. Stock that car is equipped with I Think 10.5 or 11 inch rotors and it weighs in at round 3800 lbs which is a pretty chubby car. If you do not do a lot of panic stops or riding the brakes often, you can use an Organic pad. Drawback is they tend to squeal and produce that lovely dust all over the wheels people love so much. Semi metallic are good brakes, but since the friction material is harder it has a tendency to be rougher on the rotors. Ceramics are a good option if you tend to use your brakes a lot. They do not stop as well when they are cold. I have seen many people complain that their cars do not stop well when they put Ceramic pad material on their car. All that said if you get your brakes too hot, that is not good either. So choose which material is best for you and go with it. I would not be concerned with a warranty on an item that is designed to wear out. I have a Mark Viii which is your cars cousin, and I upgraded to 13" rotors and dual piston calipers because the stock system was inadequate IMO.

As for the radiator IMO they were designed to fail. Most manufacturers use plastic tanks which over time just fail. It really does not matter where you get it from, if you keep the vehicle long enough, it will fail again. I have three vehicles, and I have replaced radiators on all of them. Two for failed plastic tanks. Any reputable radiator shop should be able to help you out.
