i have a 92 chevy 1500 with the 4.3 vortec and its having running issues on idle and while driving it will have a irratic idle and also will sputter if u dont let it warm up before u drive it and it will have a very hard time trying to move as if it was dieing it does this the most when its not warmed up and it runes at like 150 deg ive changed the
IAC
MAP SENSOR
PLUGS
WIRES
CAP
ROTOR
USED 3 CANS OF SEAFOAM TO SEE IF IT WAS CARBON BUILD UP
MY FUEL PUMP SEEMS TO BE WORKING IVE CHANGED MY FUEL FILTER
when i start it up sometimes it will sound like a few cyclinders are not firing ad so ill shut it down again and start it back up and usally it will be fine just with the irractic idle it will also do it in gear and it just doesnt seam to have the power it should

Have you checked for codes?
Any codes or check engine lights on running?
Clear codes and then run and recheck for codes.
Then post back code no.

The only way you can test fuel pump is with a pressure gauge.
Things to check.
Does it have good hot blue spark to all plugs?
Correct firing order on plug wires?
Good comression on all cylinders?
Good AC delco plugs?
Fuel pressure?
Engine vacuum reading with a vacuum gauge?

And as mentioned.
Base time with bypass wire unpluged?
check egr valve for stuck open?
