My seatbelt is stuck around the headrest!! help!

I had some friends in my car. One friend was sitting in the back seat on the passenger side, he took the passenger seatbelt and put it around the headrest and then proceeded to accidently get the seatbelt locked. my headrest does not come off and we have tried moving the seat back and forth and leaning it back. none of it has worked. will you please help.

Try unlocking the seat belt lock. This would be the easiest thing to do. Try getting slack first.

Did you ever find a solution to your problem? I had the same thing happen in my car. The seatbelt is stuck around the passenger side headrest. Thanks for any help you can provide!
