Replace Serpentine Belt 2000 cougar

Hello all!
I was looking around my engine today and saw that the serpentine belt looks pretty worn out. I don't know what it would cost to have the work done but if I can do it myself I would like to give it a try.

any help to change this belt out along with what tools I need would be amazing!

AT V6 79,000 miles.

This may be to late but if you need info like the procedure go to www.autozone.com (http://www.autozone.com/) and sign up for the repair manuals. They are like a haynes and chilton manual.
