2003 Tahoe A/C question

Hey guys
I have a 2003 chevy tahoe 5.3l with dual climate control the compresor clutch wont kick in. Was wondering if i could test the clutch by jumping the wires off of the low pressure switch on the reciever dryer and if their are diagrams available. At idle i had 75 low side and around 55 on high side. Something wrong here.

first check fuses. then jump switch only for a time to see the clutch engage...pressures appear low ..with ac off and at 90 deg f should be 100 plus psi...switch should close above 10 psi. so using a ohmmeter with the connector removed measure the switch resistance should be zero a/c and engine OFF!
