Cam Gear Installation

I just bought a DC Cam gear. It came with installation instructions but they were extremely vauge. I was wondering if anyone could assist with how to install them or mabey provide a link (with a step by step) on how to install the cam gear. I have a '97 Honda Civic EX. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
