Keyless Entry trouble

For some time now, my keyless entry fobs will not lock or unlock the passenger side sliding door. Both batteries are 3+ volts. It was an intermittent problem but now it seems to be consistent. All other doors lock and unlock except the passenger side slider. Any ideas? Reprogram fobs?
