Adding powerlocks/windows to car?

Hi all,

So I'm buying a 2009 Mazda3 and for some reason it never had automatic locks or windows...

I was wondering how feasible it would be to have them installed? What kind of price range would I be looking at? Who would I go to to have it done?

IMO , it would be much easier to find a Mazda3 that already has the options you want ! Unless there is a reason to buy that specific car , I'd say shop around as there are many Mazda3's available for sale . Would it be economically feasible to retrofit the power locks and windows to the car , I'd say no as other cars ( with the desired options ) should be readily available . The difference in price should be less than the cost of trying to add the features to the original car without all the hassle ! Just my :2cents: !

I agree with the idea of settling for the vehicle that already has the features that you want. Most likely, that vehicle will still unveil some flaws eventually and it may mean added spending on your car's maintenance.
