tailight fuse blowling

hey i have a 1991 Acura Intagra LS. my fuse for my tail light blew so i replaced and and ofcourse it blew again.... what can be the cause and how can i find out? and also if i replace the light bulb for the tail light with the wrong one can that cause the fuse to blow?
