1999 concorde starting problem

i have a 1999 chrysler concorde with a 3.2 lit engine. while driving it today i stop at a store and shut it off. got back in and it wouldnt start. acted like it wasnt geting any fuel. i sat there for a while and tried it again. this time i waited till all the lights on the dash went out except for seat bealt. and wouldnt ya know it the damn thing started. can anyone help me out i really dont thnk just cause all the warning lights on my dash stoped it caused it to start. any help would be greatly apreaciated
