2006 G6 2d Sunroof water leak

We had rain on Sunday and my daughters G6 2 door has an inch of water on the back passenger floor. I tested it tonight to see where the water was leaking at by pooring some water on the sunroof. Water came out below the car in front of the back wheel and then I opened the passenger door and water was coming out of the seat belt pillar plastic cover. I poored about 10 oz and I would say 5oz went on the ground and 5oz went inside the car. I started to pull it apart, but not sure how to get to the problem area/tray for the sunroof to check for broken connections or plugged up drains.
Do I have to remove the head liner to get to the drain hoses and connections? Or do you somehow remove the sunroof from the top to access them?
Thanks for any help you can offer me! Rockie

Use Air pressure to blow out the drain tubes.

Thanks for the reply! Any idea where they are at? I can't really see them on top. Is there a place under the car to find the outlet?

This has not be fixed. I plan on digging into it next week to find out where the leak or blockage is at.
I will have to get the VIN # from the registration when I get home and post it.
Thanks, any help is appreciated.

It is a 2006 G6GT, VIN 1G2ZH158264155692
I have not been able to dig deeper into it, but maybe tonight the car will be available so I can start to locate the drain hose and check for blockage.
Thanks for any help!

The headliner does not have to be removed. It does need to be lowered to get access to the rear drains. I would recommend that you take the vehicle to your local dealership to verify that the drain lines are properly routed. I hope this helps. Please feel free to keep me posted.

Tricia, you are right, I didn't have to take the whole head liner out, but just take off the front seat belt brakets and side panels. Then pop the rear push on buttons to get the liner down. The problem was, that on both sides the thin hard hoses that drain the water had shrunk and pulled out of the rubber connector that goes to the sunroof tray. Bad design!
I got a thicker hose from the hardware store and spliced it together toward the back of the head liner with a rubber hose. If it moves with heat and cooling expansion, then it has room to adjust now. The only thing is now it has 2 more places to leak, but I don't anticipate that for a long long time. Thanks for the help.
