Wipers Speedo Radio problem.

96 Tauras Wagon GL
So my wipers radio and speedo don't work when the car is on. However if I turn the car on accessory mode the wipers and radio work, for obvious reasons I cant confirm the speedo but I assume that would function.
Someone told me that water may have gotten in the fuse box. So I checked the one directly under the hood and it was dry so I'm not really sure what else I can do, I don't know what a burnt out fuse looks like.

Welcome to the forum!
Have you tried wiggling the key when running to see if that has an effect? It sounds like maybe the ignition switch has an issue (not to be confused with the key cylinder switch).
