2005 Ford GT...

Picked up a PolarLights Ford GT. Neat kit for the money. It's pre-painted but I repainted most of the interior, engine and chasis. I left the body alone...it looked pretty good. The only problem was with one of the side air intakes with a bad blemish in the paint. I just repainted both black since I did not have the proper yellow.

The kit itself is OK. The body to chasis was a problem and fought me the whole way. But, eventually, epoxy and clamps solved that problem. Though I did manage to crack the windshield while attaching the body/chasis. Oh well, now my car has road rash.

Overall, a nice kit and fun build. It's not perfect but I like it.....

Great job! There were fun easy kits when PL released them, semi prepainted. More fun when AMT released the multiple reissues lol.

Really nice clean build, looks great! I've wanted to try this kit for a long time now...
